The building arrange the rooms used for Mechanical & Electrical system in the south corner of layout, so the PV panel switch and water pump will be easy to Centralized management.
Structural system

Maximize use of prefabrication, including standardized used freight containers and modular structural steel as primary structural components to reduce construction waste and environmental impacts.

Almost 100% of structural materials (e.g.modular structural steel memebers) canbe easily disassembled and reused.
Landscape 1

The office is located in the coastal road and Qiao Ming Street junction, covers an area of 3600 square meters and makes full use of a vacant place under the Kwun Tong bypass elevated flyover. In addition, this green building is not only near the Kai Tak Development Area, but also close to industrial areas in Kowloon East.( Sociological)

EKEO uses a piece of land of 3,600m2 underneath the Kwun Tong Bypass. And the gross floor area is 1,200 m2.
